Chutes and Ladders

Here's what I've learned: that hard work and luck will lead to success and that fun and failure are interchangeable. Also, I've learned that I'll be rewarded with ice cream for stealing purses.

    I've also learned most of life's lessons from this belligerent board game.

    I think we could actually make a spectacular drinking game out of this tried and true pastime.

    So I'm making an offer: Anyone who finds this game at secondhand store, I will reimburse them for the game and give them a two dollar reward. It may seem stingy, but times are tough. We all have to make sacrifices for chutes and ladders.

    Everyone keep an eye open for ladders and slides on Craig's List for a real-life adaptation.

    Life lesson: Careening down slides on bicycles generally leads to broken bones.
